Background

Roshá Ruffin is a self-motivated business professional with 15 years of proven excellence in program administration, analytics, or support. She possess and believes in promoting a positive “can-do” attitude while navigating life. She is an articulate communicator who is comfortable in any environment and in front of any crowd. She is an experienced and inspiring public speaker and trainer.

Roshá has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business accompanied with strong IT experience; including content and database management, multi-media production and web content obtained by both work experience, official education, and independent learning.

Roshá has supported various programs and projects within nonprofit, private, public, federal government and Fortune 500 sectors. Her experience runs the gamut from business development administrator, IT professional, software trainer, audiovisual expert, and executive assistant to even running her own start-up business. These experiences have strengthened her skills and interests in presenting, leading, or coordinating.

Refraining Public Speaker Qualifications

Roshá Ruffin is the mother of a 17 going on 18-year-old teenage daughter, which of whom she has successfully emphasized the importance of refraining from sexual activity. Roshá comes from a family of women who believe in being selective about who you have intercourse with and of course when.

Roshá has been abstinent for at least 13 - 15 years and understands the rewards and struggles of refraining from sexual activity. Unexpected pregnancies and STD’s are two of the most well-known consequences of sexual intercourse, two of the driving issues pushing this initiative. Roshá is a public / motivational speaker who aims to promote and encourage self-respect and strength. She speaks to youth and adult groups as well as businesses and organizations.
